GET Imaging converts 16mm and 35mm microfilm source documents into various digital image formats. GET Imaging uses SunRise microform scanners and ScreenScan systems to convert rolls of microfilm. Our scanners reliably process all formats of microfilm. GET Imaging possesses the capacity to capture approximately 250,000 digital images per day from microfilm source documents.

Imaging converts all formats of microfiche documents into various digital image formats using SunRise microform scanners, ScreenScan systems and Lenzar digitizers to convert microfiche. We specialize in the capture of A.B. Dick formatted and jacketed microfiche. GET Imaging has the capability to convert more than 250,000 frames of microfiche per day.

GET Imaging converts aperture card documents into various digital image formats. We use Wicks & Wilson scanners to convert A through E size aperture cards. In addition to capturing digital images from the aperture card portion of aperture cards, our scanners read and record encoded Hollerith information. GET Imaging can convert more than 15,000 aperture cards per day.

GET Imaging converts all sizes of paper source documents into various digital image formats using Kodak, Canon, BancTec, Bell & Howell, ANAtech and CalComp paper scanners, operating in auto-fed and hand-fed modes. GET Imaging is equipped to convert more than 100,000 pages of paper per day.

Our document conversion facility is equipped with 24 indexing/data entry/quality control workstations. Many of our customers furnish database extracts that allow us to automatically index their converted images. We also use Prime Recognition optical character recognition software to convert the captured images into electronic text. When a manual approach is required, we key enter index information and/or data from converted images.

Imaging delivers digital images and index information in formats specified by our customers. Most of our customers currently require delivery of TIFF or PDF formatted images, typically stored at 300 dpi. GET Imaging possesses the capability to deliver virtually all industry standard image formats and can scan images at a resolution of up to 600 dpi. GET Imaging delivers images via the Internet and on CD-ROM disks, DLT tape, 4mm DAT tape, 8mm Exabyte tape, and optical platters.
